We start with a solid piece of 6061 aluminum and CNC machine the body as 1 piece. No plastic, no screws. We then add a satin black hard anodize coating that matches the 98 finish.

How about a completely free floating and no set screws denting your barrel. Instead, this attaches to your marker the same way we make them for assault rifles. We provide a new barrel adapter that the body threads onto and locks with a knurled ring. This means you can thread your barrel on and off independently of the hand guard.
